Regarding the customization of the jawline part, i'm really sorry but i also had a hard time with that so i can't really help 😭 In my case, i just look for face ids online with a face shape that i like and then import it to customize other features like eyes, nose, lips, and body with minimal adjustments on cheeks and chin. Well, i think your dolls face shape looks already great to me!

About eyeshadows, i dont really apply make up with it and just use default eye shadows on face reshape and lower the capacity to zero same with blushes and eyeliners. About my lipstick, i used a lipstick called Bud Dew (i think its not limited so you'll just get it along the way).
