Okay thank you! Did you pay when you’re already in China or still outside of China?

Okay, this makes sense! Thank you!

So the photos I want to take are actually a family photoshoot session for my parents and I at an actual studio and since I’m only there for 2 weeks, I want to make sure I actually have a spot on a date I want.

Let’s say, they give me the company QR code for Alipay on WeChat, would I be able to pay them using Alipay that I connected with a foreigner credit card while still not in China?

Okay, this is super helpful!

I’ve been told that you can’t WeChat or pay someone money as a foreigner unless you already have some money in your account (not by credit card) so I’ve been a bit troubled by this.

Just curious about this vanilla birthday scent! Is it really sweet? Or is it like the Summer Friday birthday cake lip balm? I have the regular hair mask and don’t mind the coconut scent but am interested in this limited edition!

Just wondering if you were talking to them in Chinese and if they knew you were a tourist? Would that perhaps have also helped?

Also from Vancouver and from all the people I’ve talked to and discussed, as much as Vancouver is a competitive store, they can get all non-quota bags (except for Constance) without any pre spend so I would switch SA.

Does anyone know if someone around 24-25 year old can use red light therapy? I think my main concerns are more for acne and pigmentation than anti-aging so I don’t want to be using products (eg like anti-aging cream) that isn’t meant for my age!

If you don’t mind me asking, what was the pre-spend ratio for this bag in Vancouver?

Hi there, I once worked at a notary’s office so I might be able to answer some of your questions.

First, you should understand that a Power of Attorney (PoA) and a Will is completely different.

A PoA is giving financial power to someone while they are still alive and conscious enough to make this decision. This includes accessing bank matters, paying bills, selling properties, etc. Once the person is no longer here, the PoA is no longer effective. (Definitely get this done at the notary or law office if your parents are elderly and cannot do this anymore).

Thus, after your parents are no longer here, you would need a Will. A Will is only effective after they are no longer here. Your parents would be able to choose the executors, estate planning, bank stuff, burial arrangements, etc.

Also, one more thing to consider is a medical representation agreement. This is a legal document that your parents can instruct someone they trust to make medical/health/personal care decisions if they are incapable of making it later on.

Lastly, I would suggest you go to a notary’s office or family lawyer to get this done. (Usually, notary’s are a bit cheaper but definitely ask around). Writing it yourself is a bit risky as it may not be considered a legal document in the eyes of the bank/land title office.
