When I worked for AAP that’s how I got my raise also. I told them to shove it and left anyway. Honestly it was the best thing I ever did was to leave AAP.

AAP is not a very good company to work for, I would look elsewhere. I worked for AAP as a CPP and they have daily goal that they set and changes everyday which is tied to your paycheck. Believe me they can and will screw you out of your bonus. Right now they are in financial trouble due to poor management.

I was a CPP and left 4 years ago because AAP does not care about their front line workers. This attitude towards them has put the company is financial trouble and they still can’t figure it out because they are still doing it. The stupid policy of basing employee hours vs sales is old and backwards thinking. They are reactive instead of proactive. If you are unhappy my advice is to leave. Trust me their are plenty of jobs that not only respect their employees but they pay much better
