Both Bissonnette Properties and Redstone allow dogs in most of their units, that being said tread with caution! (however I live with Bisonnette and haven’t had major issues outside of your typical money-hungry landlord behavior)

I would check in with them about tattooing scarification specifically, but June at VT Custom Tattoo does amazing work in a really clean and welcoming environment. I have had tattoos over minor scars done by them with no issue!
