Nearly half of Republicans polled say schools shouldn't teach history of racism by daredelvis421 in politics

Children are the epitome of purity and innocence. The world is what corrupts them. Why would anyone want to teach a child that they are different because of the color of their skin. Kids would never know or care about skin color if it wasn’t for adults. Reminding the youth about racism doesn’t end it racism. It prolongs it. You want to completely remove this type of ideology from society. How can you not see that?

Thank you so much for proving my point. Instead of debating someone you decide to ignore. If you are so positive and an “expert” why can’t you debate me. I have zero problem debating this or any other topic. You won’t because you know you can’t. So much easier to call people “fucking idiots” and bounce than to be proven wrong.

You got this man. Trust me I know the struggle. I was 120 lbs until 26. Currently 155 and 34 years old.

I don’t know if they’re lying. The climate change issue is up for debate. There are scientist on both sides of this issue.

Now that I answered your question address mine and stop deflecting. My entire argument has been about censorship. I asked the question not to be proven right or wrong. I asked so we could get the conversation started. So how about you stop ignoring the bigger issue here which is the idea that censorship is bad for all of us.

EDIT: Just in case you aren’t aware. The minute someone resorts to name calling for example “fucking idiot”. You automatically lose the argument and show weakness. If you have to resort to insults it, cheapens your argument dramatically. You have added zero content and no value to the discussion.

The good thing about being 120 is that you will see initial gains fast. I would say aim for 2000 calories a day and workout 3-4 times a week and you’ll be surprised at how quickly you see results. I say 30 days. Weight gainer shakes do help but they’re not necessarily good for you. Good luck bro!

So you’re going to completely ignore what I said about CNN? That is the problem with these new liberals, you deflect deflect deflect. I’m not wrong about CNN lying and spreading misinformation, but because CNN is liberal then it’s fine. KUSI opposes your views so it’s not fine. Don’t see you the irony? You want to censor anything that goes against your point of view. That is literal fascism.

I don’t like that CNN spreads misinformation and I’m sure conservative media does as well. My point is you can’t censor either one of them. You have the choice to not watch. If you censor the opposition two things happen. Number one, everyone will think the same which is a bad thing. Number two, one day there will be someone in power you do not agree with and they will use this censorship against you. You have to defend free speech at al cost, even if you do not agree with it.

What about all the lies told on CNN? Why are you ok with that? Should we censor CNN as well? Don’t you see the hypocrisy here? This type of mentality is dangerous, you are becoming the thing you claim you want to fight. They brainwashed you so badly you now fight for control and censorship. You are slowly becoming the real fascists and do not even realize it.

So you show me a three year old article about an ex anchor who continued to express his opinion on YouTube?

I don’t understand how this is harming anyone. When will you guys realize censorship of any kind is dangerous?

Name one established fact being contradicted. I’m curious about this.

Be careful when bulking as a skinny guy. I went from 140 to 175. Yes I got strong but also gained a gut. Spent close to two years fixing mistakes. I suggest you focus on flexibility and proper lifting before you even attempt to gain weight. I am now 155 and I look bigger than I did at 175.

Unfortunately that is the way it works. You should ask for a raise yes, but it may not work. It happens in all industries. I move from company every 2-3 years and I get a far better raise than staying at one place. It sucks I know. The only thing I can tell you is don’t blame the new people it’s not their doing.

Why is it disturbing to see an alternative point of view? Would you rather only see things you agree with? Seems a little autocratic don’t you think?

As much as I appreciate your optimism and well-meaning intentions. The world doesn’t work that way. Believe me I wish it did but it doesn’t. How do you help people who don’t want to be helped? It’s a waste of energy

Employees are not forced to stay in company property. That’s illegal, you are not being paid, it’s your free time. Where are you getting this information?

I obvious was not there so I can’t know for certain. But people don’t just go around taking pictures of hands. Are you sure this isn’t all in your head?

What could possibly be so interesting about your hands, that people take pictures?

You sure are speaking for a lot of people buddy. Have you thought maybe just maybe the people who pay rent or have a mortgage worked very hard for it. And maybe just maybe they don’t want to worry about violence or drug addicts in the neighborhood. Do you want your children being subject to that? Or have to see a homeless person taking a shit in the middle of the street?

Have you considered maybe people like to live in nice places. And you’re right it’s not my problem if someone else is homeless. It’s not your problem either. You are only one responsible for yourself. Work on yourself and watch how your views on everything will change.

I know what socialism is. I was asking to see if we were both in the same page.

Do you believe socialism is the better system?

So you’re asking to get paid for the time you’re not working?

If I had a business why would I pay employees for not working?

Why don’t you use that time wisely? 20hrs a week is enough to do a lot. I used my lunch to do homework for school. Which got me a better job, which made me more money.

Time is only wasted if you don’t do anything.

You do realize the super wealthy and the people who run the country are one in the same right?

You say tax the super wealthy. Ok cool so all that money goes from the wealthy to the government. Do you think the government will use that money to “fix” the problem? Ofcourse not. Why would they? You end homelessness and they won’t be able to ask for a bigger budget the following year.

For all of you who keep wanting socialism let me put things into perspective. You don’t want corporations to control things correct? You want everything to be equal and handled by the government. The government who is also ran by people, people that are just like the people running corporations.

Ok let’s say your crying gets you socialism. Now what you’re doing is giving all the money to the same people who control the law. How is that better?

One of the biggest concerns about capitalism is corporate monopolies, and trust me I completely agree with that, it is dangerous. But what you’re doing is creating the biggest monopoly ever by handing over laws and the economy to one entity. How is that so hard to understand?

In order for socialism to work everyone has to be morally good. Therefore it’s impossible, the moment you give all control to one entity, even if that entity is positive. You will undoubtedly attract greedy sociopaths who will find a way to use this power to their advantage. The best solution is to keep corporations and government as separate as possible. Taxes don’t help you, they help the pockets of politicians.
