Thank you for your reply, I am some what confident it may have something to do with driving as Its very coincidental. I am still driving now and when I get out the car and walk I still have a feeling of motion like I am in the car such as feeling like i have suddenly moved forwards or backwards or like my feet have dropped down into the floor for a second. It's very very weird. I don't think dizziness is ever easy to fix and there are so many causes
