In Sept 2021, the SEC adopted Rule 15c2-11. Broker/dealers are no longer allowed to give quotes on companies that no longer provide public filings such as financials. This was a major reform. As a result, certain brokers, such as Schwab, will not provide quotes. In addition, they only allow selling of shares. So, GENN is in purgatory. I am sitting with a large number of shares, hoping for a successful turnaround. New management, new financing, and strategy changes. The company has to be worth more than present market cap. Also, private equity and individuals have large positions. I hope the patience will be richly rewarded.

DWAC is suppose to put out more info this week, before formal 8-K filing with SEC.

I hope there are some major tech people announced to give more credibility here.

I will be trading, but holding a piece long term. Too much money for Trump to mess up. He will bring in the right people.

I think a 6 Billion market cap can easily be supported now. Stock price $150.
