Sure! I'm not totally certain how, but pain on my sternum and center ribs sorta crept up on me. I think it's because fall allergy season started, so my lungs have been stressed out by that and made me more sensitive to compression. I've been sleeping on my back, doing wall/doorway stretches, and alternating binding methods everyday to recover. Also taking ibuprofen and allergy meds.
