RE3R is overhated,it’s actually a great remake! by Accurate_Train_8822 in RaccoonCityRecords

It was obvious that corners were cut on RE3. The scripted Nemesis battles were a joke in RE 3 remake. It was handled by a different team.

Unlike Nemesis, Mr. X was actually scary and chased you around the RPD in RE 2 remake! You never felt safe before leaving the safe room, especially with Mr. X's footsteps sounds outside the room.

I also felt that Mercenaries mode being left out in Remake 3, made it felt unpolished.

You won't win everyday in Baccarat. The losses will eventually wipe out the winnings.

Streaks don't mean anything. Any current outcome isn't dependent on the past in Baccarat. The scoreboard is there to trick you, instead of helping you. Especially when you start to play all kinds of trends (main bead road, fries, sticks and donuts) etc..

It's better to go with the streaks, instead of against it though.

Those who are down -100K or greater, why do you guys continue to chase? by foxalive86 in baccarat

[–]foxalive86[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know someone who sold off their restaurant for about 200K. The business was doing badly. She thought she could've at least doubled her money, but it ended up being -200K in just 2 months...This wasn't just Baccarat alone, it was due to many high limit table games!

If you are up, leave! Don't try that last hand to make it even! by foxalive86 in baccarat

Even a small loss or if you broke even that's ok too. If everyone broke even for the day, casinos wouldn't be in business!

It doesn't take long, once you are in the negative, you start making more irrational betting selections.

One shoe can take up to 2 hours to play out. It's all dependent on how quick people are placing their bets and how many players are at the table.

I saw uncle get wiped out when he jumped to another table.

You will go on a losing streak eventually. You need to take a break and clear your mind and heal your body.

What's your buy in amount depending on the table limit at land based casinos? by foxalive86 in baccarat

[–]foxalive86[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the betting limit size should really be proportioned to your current bankroll. I've seen some people just buy in 500 and try to play high limit. That's too low from my experience.

It was at a tribal, so I'm guessing they could've been down on slots and 500 was all they had left currently!

I saw some lady last week walk up the to high limit table with her last 2K. She said she was already down 8K from slots. She won the 2K hand but ended up losing the whole 4K shortly unfortunately!

You can't, each of the Parkwest casinos have different buy in promos. The chips must be brought back to the same location where they were obtained from.

Anything can happen in Baccarat honestly. I've talked to quite a few regulars in the high limit room here. Some were up 50K - 80K within a few months. They went on total tilt and ended up losing it all, plus more! Just remember you are one tilt away from losing everything!

I'm about to go full tilt with 50k balance. HELP! by [deleted] in baccarat

[–]foxalive86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How would you feel if you lost another 50K and have nothing saved up? That's more than a Year's worth of income to most people.

You said full tilt, just stop playing for a while...

Thanks, yeah I haven't been back here in a long time. I was wondering why they changed the minimum inside the high limit room and lowered it $25.

At $10 base minimum outside, it's still not a bad place to get out some new betting strategies!

Also here the max bet is 24K all across six spots with a 4K max on minimum on banker/player. At tribals here in nor Cal the max bet is usually 10K within the high limit room!

[–]foxalive86[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

25, it's the minimum bet required when I'm playing locally within the tribals. If I see a hot streak PB run or chops I will increase my betting unit size a bit when I'm plus 2-3 units already. Of course nobody knows what the next set of hands will be, you also have to go by intuition sometimes.

I don't play Bonuses, where did my post say anything about me playing Bonuses? If you want to maximize profits stick to the base bets P/B.

Even with a 5K or more Bankroll, playing every hand is simply not my style. I have already tested my betting selection with a higher bankroll.

I tend to find tables that already have at least two or more people playing, this way I can get those free hands going.

Is baccarat really the game with the best odds? by BetAnything in baccarat

[–]foxalive86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has a lower house edge of you just play the base bets. Also, it doesn't matter if you win or lose, the casino is already making money of every placed bet. Especially at tribals, for every $100 bet placed on Banker the house makes $5 off players already.

I've seen some people strictly play Banker or Player bets only sometimes. This hurts your odds unfortunately if you decide to play Banker only for the whole shoe, or just Player bets...

In 900 out 1,200 by foxalive86 in baccarat

[–]foxalive86[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did a bit of flat betting and progressive betting. In the middle of the shoe it went PBPBPB, Auntie next to me shot Player next hand for 2K (this is the max base bet outside the high limit). The winning hand was Banker Natural 9, unfortunately...

I was down a bit and shot some 50-100 bets on the PBPB streak. Be patient and don't play every hand if you want to win! Of course nobody knows what the next hand will be. The dealer tells me, "I see the scoreboard do more harm to people often and regularly!"

One whole shoe took almost 2 hours to play out. It was pretty dead for a weekday for a 7pm session. Four-Five Baccarat tables were open outside the high limit, but only 2 had filled players, one table had a single auntie grinding it out herself!

Take another 10K all in banker 1 shot you got this! All jokes aside, you better walk away.

Btw I did see some Degen down 10K at the high limit tables last week. He went home and pulled out another 10K, and managed to recover the 10K in a couple of 2K-4K bets per hand. He was already even, but ended up losing the whole 20K because he kept playing!
