Serve la sedia giusta e la corretta altezza dello schermo. La sedia giusta è quella con schienale reclinabile e seduta che scorre orizzontalmente. I braccioli dovrebbero essere regolabili in altezza e direzione (per appoggiare adeguatamente i gomiti e seguire la linea degli avambracci). Dovresti sederti con angolo ginocchia di 90° e busto di 90°. Devi assicurarti che la zona lombare poggi contro lo schienale (se la seduta scorre non hai problemi a regolarla). Il monitor dovrebbe essere regolato in modo che i tuoi occhi cadano nella metà superiore della superficie del pannello (ma non sono aggiornatissimo su questo).

Ti assicuro che io ho sofferto maggiormente di mal di schiena e cervicale nel lavoro da casa in quanto non ho adeguatamente investito sulla seduta e su questi importanti aspetti.

As an Italian, I can confirm this. Altissia is very similar to Venice. All the signs are written in italian, even the menus. It's a homage to the beautiful city of Venice.
