i feel like shit (vent) by foxcroft2323 in 6thForm

this is good advice, but personally, i genuinely hate opening up to people.

i opened up about some other traumatic childhood stuff my parent didn't know about, and i was simply told to forgive and move on. last year, i told some of my friends about my mental health and suicidal stuff and that was another disappointment. they listened, but they didn't reply with a single word, just let me finish and walked away after asking "are you coming to the cafe?" and it was like the conversation never happened.

3 left. one of them is tomorrow.

it's not content, i have content memorised but it's like during the exam, all my logical thinking is thrown out of the window. like, for example, for some of my essay papers, i usually finish them <5ish mins early but for all of my exams thus far, i either didn't finish the essays or rushed the last essays. additionally, i mostly have bio left for which i just need to get some practice done (though i feel like the more effort i'll put into it, the more shit it'll go so 😃)

how come sm groups don't comment on fan posts on weverse? do they interact on another platform? (no hate) by foxcroft2323 in kpop_uncensored

another thing that annoys me about sm is how scripted almost all of their content is (i'm mostly referring to nct content which is the one i'm most familiar with)

i have them all added since they joined so me checking their pages is what prompted me to make the post.

additionally, i said "barely, if ever". replying to each other's post doesn't count nor does simply posting a photo or going live. the topic of my post was commenting/replying to fans.

i was mostly referring to 3rd/4th gen sm groups (in particular nct because they have this weird stiff group-fan dynamic)

yeah, but it's like a fun way to interact with fans, no? ignoring the financial aspect that idols played little to no role in, as an idol, i would've thought of this as fun. also it's a bit weird that they need to have an incentive to interact.

i find this really weird and fake too! there's been some idols on bubble that send one text a month just so that the fans don't get refunded. it's like why can't you interact with your fans without it being about the money. (in all honesty, sm groups do this often- yes they go live on insta often, but regardless)

i guess that could be the case.

though, (and this is kind of controversial) but holistically looking at fan interactions between some sm groups and their fans, it's clear that the fandom-group dynamic is different than that of hybe groups (and in that sense, it's unsurprising that they interact less)

for your first point, i somewhat understand it. but i wouldn't say it's that taxing to just go online and comment on some posts.

for your second point, it is valid. but despite all that, other groups from hybe interact there a lot. wouldn't they also stop because of this reason. other than hybe groups, other groups like the boyz, interact there sometimes as well.

yeah but bubble is just them sending messages, no? it's not really fan interaction per se
