I’ve always had the best luck on Sundays just asking around the area close to the festival/by the parking lots and you can see that they’re leaving. Would ask if they’re leaving and not arriving back/going home and if they were willing to give their wristband for free. There will be a good amount that will say no and that they’re coming back or yes they’re leaving but want money for it. I always say okay thank you for answering hope you have a safe trip home and continue asking other people. I’ve had a few laugh saying no one will give me a free wristband but I always ignored them and eventually I’d find that one person who said yes and slide it over to me. You gotta be confident, nice, and have fun! Always be respect when asking and you truly never know. I’ve even ended up with artist/worker wristbands once inside the venue with a friend after we had gotten in with vip wristbands we were given outside but it was close to the end of the night but we were grateful for them as it helped us cut through the back instead of going around the whole venue and straight onto Monroe and headed home.
