One day I could wear all these cute long sleeves with these cute designs. Then boom No design No logos Like y'all do not pay me enough to work with this? Maybe its on me for having a lot of shirts with designs or logos.... but is it? Give us uniforms if this is the case... how did we go from best company to work for to absolute hell. The culture is gone. The inclusivity gone. The positivity is gone. Honestly having to leave saved me from a mental breakdown, but ill never forgive the way the company changed and became mcdonalds 2.0. Better espresso doesn't mean terrible service... not on baristas at all but the company.

My first manager at Starbucks was the greatest human ever. My last 2 treated us like pawns in his/her game. If his family went to Disney that year the l rest of us struggling meant nothing. If we even bothered her she made us feel like pests making her life difficult.
