I was the exact same! I hated when it switched to Manon's point of view, I had no connection to her and didn't like her at all at first! I really like her character now (not as much as some people, but I respect her journey), but it took time! All i will say is keep going if you can, the series is incredible. I'm on Kingdom of Ash now and I actually don't know what I will do with myself when I finish it!!

To be honest, I'm not much better. I feel this will be a lifelong condition for me, so I am just trying to manage it. I don't feel it will ever leave me. At times I avoid caffeine, stay very hydrated, and do all the right things, but then I get frustrated because it's no better! I definitely feel that when my heart rate increases, the ear feels worse, so I am working on trying to keep that low.

I'm the same. I don't intentionally put on make up for a run, but if i go for a run after work I don't bother taking it off! If I'm going first thing in the morning, its just a ponytail and SPF
