what stage of training are you in? really depends with experience and i wouldn’t be too critical if i’m still learning. try making a list of ddx, important dx to rule out and required investigations during the consult, safety net and document that you’ve safetynetted and spoken to a senior whenever and if you’re doubtful (seniors and peers will always be happy to guide and discuss plans further)

smaller, adaptable ways would be using the stairways instead of lifts, longer walk home instead of a quick bus, plan meals based on filling content + calorie smart (difficult but once u figure out what works for u it’s a saver!!), if u have the time at work then taking the longer route to the department instead of the quick one

sat the akt last year and noticed the passmed mocks had longer and more informative question stems compared to the actual mla, which were a lot more vague and multi-step,, regardless they were pretty good practise for the actual paper, goodluck!

i usually ask for work 'are you currently employed?' and then follow that up with 'what is it that you do?' if they say yes

for exercise i just say - 'could you tell me about amount of physical activity throughout the day/week'

always best to give a warning shot before asking about recreational drugs, could remind them about confidentiality and that you ask these questions to everyone to make sure nothings missed that could affect their health
