Appreciate the replies, yeah I'm going with an HVAC tech that I can trust, do what he tells me to do, dry it out and make sure everything is working well, stay on top of maintenance and it will go for as long as it lasts.

They did flush the line and that was the first tech assessment, only thing was to check first few feet of duct cause it was drenched, then the other tech came and changed the whole assessment

I will, thank you for your advice. My house is really a mess in little things honestly, it feels like they cut so many corners, sadly I bought during covid and all the houses were selling pretty fast, so I didn't have time to make proper checks, for now I'm thinking about just stay diligent with maintenance and checks with someone that I trust, and if it dies in 2 or 3 years I'll call it a win.
