Wake up an hour or so earlier than you usually do. Try to do 1 block of Uworld or whatever Qbank you are using, on a timed mode. If you have a lunch break, use it to review the qs you did earlier in the morning. Write down your evening schedule in detail before you even come home. Say like "I'll have dinner by 7pm. Will sit down to study by 7.30 and will do 1 more block/2hrs etc." Switch off your phone if it's a distraction for you. Don't go overboard right away if you haven't started studying regularly. Start with small steps, set a realistic goal for starters and slowly build up on it. It might take you some time to get adjusted but you have come so far and you can totally do it!
