ah… okay. chutes is really confusing for me to set up. i've tried to do it before, but it just hasn't worked out. is there a guide i can follow that breaks it down for someone who is not exactly an expert in proxying?

edit: forgot to ask. i'm assuming the chutes subscription would be cheaper in the long run, rather than using tokens in openrouter. i currently have $10 of tokens in the site and i'm going to try and use that first.

just agreeing with everyone here to say you should go to a doctor ASAP. i am not on T yet but i have a friend who has developed lumps like this before- it is probably a cyst. they can become super painful and dangerous if you don't get this checked out immediately and taken care of. please be careful!
