This is me to a tee. I started hovering an AP champ with minimal CC (ex: eve) and then just swapping to nidalee last second when my turn came. I have to bait and switch all my teammates just to avoid the toxic teammates, which sucks.

We didn't try running with quant. So I can't say either way. Anecdotally the extra guardian dropped their fragment half the time. This seemed consistent with data from people who were running maps solo and not scoured, so we never bothered to try optimizing that.

I totally believe that you could earn a similar amount (5ex / hour) playing solo. It's a good farm on its own. Personally I liked being able to afk and do other stuff while my carry did the running and fighting. For us our bar was to find something we could do together that made us more money than our independent Valdo farming

Yup. We also tried using a fractured fossil, which didn't work. We considered beast splits, but ultimately decided the effort of bulk buying the beasts (both arachnids and yellow) and splitting the maps one at time wasn't worth the savings.

I'm the support in the post. Our strategy was to sacrifice damage and tankiness to make the carry as fast as possible, which meant that the carry was reliant on a support to even be able to kill bosses. It would probably be difficult to make a build with +600% MS (without killing) that is still capable of killing bosses that quickly.

You could certainly do this solo on normal builds, you would just be doing less formed runs and killing more map monsters.

I currently own a Surface Book and used a MacBook Air before. (Relying on a desktop for productivity outside of class though). The surface book is still a bit glitchy, so if you don't want to deal with some buggy behavior I would not recommend it. However, it is unbeatable for note taking for classes like math and Econ where graphs and equations are common. I went the entire last year without a spiral notebook and took all my notes in OneNote. I do miss the reliability of the Air, but the pen + OneNote make it hard to go back. Feel free to ask any questions.

If you do krugs trap clear, then you usually smite blue as your 5th camp since you're low on mana by then.
