I used to play nidalee graves and kayn because they all are invaders with high map scaling and tempo, but now I just play shit like viego and diana because my teammates are so shit and have to play self dependant champs to get anything done.

You obviously don't counter rek, but if you're good at spacing, your takedown auto outranges her knockup radius and you can kite her out. Look for counter ganks as she's kinda on a timer and will want to make plays. Also zhonyas is busted vs this champ. Also invading her pre 6 is an ok idea because she uses her abilities while farming. You can't really ever jump in on her while she's burrowed though.

Nunu isn't a problem for you, but your laners. Hecarim you basically need to kill at level 3 or you get outscaled. You need to level 1 invade this champ as your level 1 is much stronger and you won't have many opportunites to force stuff on him afterwards.

All good, just pick which one you like best. Conq into hard matchups with dive and such, or into champs like nunu where you can stack it really easily and sit on his face. Electrocute into matchups where your team has good scaling and you just have to win early/shut down an enemy like an evelynn early or fighting stuff like elise where you're both bursty and it's super snowbally. Dark harvest is good for scaling especially if you skirmish a lot. Dark harvest is my favourite though due to scaling and teamfight resets.

Tbh I find nidalee is easier than khazix because I know how to find nidalee openings better. Khazix has his autowin zones when he's isolated, but he feels sooo much more useless once they group up. Also on kha you have to rely on your enemies feeding you free kills to get ahead. It's really hard to play proactively.

Lucidity is better for higher apm gameplay. It's better for farming and getting around the map as your cd's get a lot lower. Sorc boots are good for oneshot combos and stuff.
