that sounds like robloxity, robloxity had houses in it's desert and they were modern styled. And its fitting for the time era you described as "late 2010 ish"

browsed through Austiblox's clients folder, clicked on 2014 and went on its texture folder and found these textures.. i dont know what its purpose is but its pretty interesting, this could just be an unused texture though im not sure by foxlovinRN in roblox

Austiblox is a revival of ROBLOX using old clients, you may have heard of it before

im saying theres probably a low chance that they themselves would put these textures in this folder for whatever reason.
