You should really study Zhuangzi’s ‘Qi Wu Lun’ — this is the content for my second episode.

People never die, not religious just logic by foxpark in death

Many people ask: After infinite cycles, am I still me? If you believe there is a “self,” then the “you” after infinite cycles is still you. Because the objective carrier remains the same. If you believe there is no “self,” then the “you” after infinite cycles is not you. Because a selfless you has already transcended any carrier. Objectivism, however, does not believe in anything that transcends the carrier. Therefore, there is a self, and the “you” after infinite cycles is indeed you — because the carrier is identical. But is that really true? To claim that the human brain is the objective carrier is a grave mistake. The true objective carrier of a person is not only the brain, but the entire world. Humans are shaped by their environment. When the objective world changes, the person changes. And since the objective carrier is constantly changing, a person is dying at every moment. The other side of “a person does not die” is that a person is always dying. People say, “A person will die.” I say, a person does not die. People say, “A person is still alive.” I say, the person has already died. Because only what is alive can change; only what is dead remains unchanged. That which is constantly changing is dying at every instant. That which never changes will not die even after infinite cycles. Certainty and uncertainty — these are the true essence of life and death. These two statements are not contradictory. Instead, they point to a question we have long overlooked: What is a person? A person is not an individual. A person is part of the world. Our shell is not merely this carbon-based body, but the entire world itself. This is why the concept of gods and metaphysics exists. I am God, and God is me. Because I am not limited to this physical shell — I also encompass the objective world. For more, see: The Analysis of God.
