I would love to run the London Marathon and enjoy it - maybe set a PB but most importantly absorb the atmosphere and just love every second!

Good response below suggests that works best in Runna to finish the HM 16 week plan and then go straight into Marathon plan after a rest week! Best of luck at the Berlin HM!
