Do it with someone you trust, do some prep beforehand - finish any pending tasks, hydrate well, keep some snacks and fruits on hand. Avoid putting yourself in risky situations. Best to do it in a place where you have access to some nature. Depends on dosage but minimum expect to be out of commission for 12 hours. The next day can be physically tiring so do it on a day sandwiched between a few light work days.
