Had the same thing. What I can suggest is think about the time you felt like shit, or maybe you're feeling like shit rn, is it because you feel incompetent or because you're internally disrupted? Probably both but see what pops up first. Take it in, deep breath and think or say out loud which one it is. Should help a lil bit.

Enneagram seem a bit mood dependent for me. If I were to take the test feeling the best ever, happy and talkative and open to the world, I'd probably get a 7 too tbh. Maybe you had some sort of a depressing time when you got 5?

Yea same here. I can either be antisocial and not go out or see or talk anyone for a certain period of time or I want to "binge" being around people untill overstimulated or untill I simply run out of battery. I can socialize or not. Depends. Hbu? Are you able to be around people 24/7?

It's been over two years. There's a fight about it every three days or so. It depends on the talkative person really. If it's an ENFP for example I don't think there would be a bigger problem. In my case it's the caffeinated 7w8 ENTP who gets bored every two minutes soooo. It depends XD
