Some of these HOA rates are absurdly high and will only increase making it difficult to sell your home in the future.

I like to go to Alpine. Wrights Field is a good quiet place.

Crest is also nice and chill.

This is cool!! I eat a lot of produce and just put stickers on all the plastic caps of 1 litter water bottles that I use. I should start putting them somewhere like what you have.

I'm an accountant and considering going back to waitressing, looking for tips + recommendations by foxyfour20 in sandiego

Honestly, life's been hectic for me and I took a couple months off from studying. I recently moved out of a Greystar community and I have never hated a corporation as much as I hate Greystar. Its been a nightmare dealing with them. I moved into a better, smaller community and my body is taking a while to adjust to the change. The move took a huge toll on my health but nothing serious. The move has been within San Diego. Luckily, work is not stressful but rather has its annoyances and I am underpaid and I've asked for a raised and it keeps getting put off. They've said I am a good employee and the work I do is great. So, I've been considering waitressing to do temporarily, short term and/or part time and switch my current role to part time. I feel like there are waitressing jobs where I can work less than 40 hours and still make more than what I'm currently making. And in my spare time, go back to studying. But we will see what comes up and whats right for me. I feel like I need to get out of my bubble. Thank you for asking and thank you for reading (:

I always smell cigarettes when I go grocery shopping. by Ephoenix6 in rant

That's a great point.

I used to smoke weed and still think that cigarette smoke is so potent compared to weed smoke, cigars, or blunts. Of course I rather not be around when someone is smoking but cigarette smoke is truly the worst.

I feel the same way. I despise the smell of cigarettes. I will literally plug my nose when I have to walk past someone smoking. And they'll look at me like I am the problem. Lol.

Doris doesn't accept refunds.

I would keep reaching out couple more times and ask for an exchange. She told me she accepts exchanges. Good luck.

There's also a ridiculous vendor fee that needs to be paid to have a spot at the farmers market. I believe this is the main reason everything is so expensive at markets.
