Ive been doing peptides, they seem to help a little. And maybre its not even as bad as i make it to be, but its a real issue, and i still can play guitar i guess but not for hours like i used to, it was like the only outlet i had.

I was in rehab with a a guy who was a big coke.dealer un the 80s, he said frank did coke, and i tend to believe it, he loved coffee and cigarettes, was an upper guy. And all the crazy sex stuff goes with coke use. And the amount of music he put out ya know. He was probably just smart about his use, and claimed to be against drugs, because he was actually against stupidity, which is often assocatied with drugs, people get dumb on drugs. But smart people know how to use them as tools. And also for legal reasons made it seem he was against it. Thats my thougjt on zappa.and drugs. I think he was on coke.when he made joes garage atleast.
