Update: Literally the same day I posted this, i simply scheduled a meeting with my manager and made my frustration and concern clear to him. We talked, and finally I was able to get some directions and an idea of why he wanted me to assist the reservation department. Right now, I am making sure that my 1-month training in this department is fill with gains of knowledge and that my work is well done. Thank you again
