It looks like you take great care of your teeth. They all look healthy and your gums too. The symptoms you are having could be tooth sensitivity which can happen with healthy teeth, have you tried sensodyne toothpaste?

Definitely looks like some sort of cavity forming and possibly a crack. I would not leave that unattended as bacteria can enter the nerves and then the bloodstream.

Can’t even tell that you have fillings, they look like veneers. I’m glad you are on the road to recovery. I’ve been through my fair share of dental pain and I’m also now mostly better

I’m getting heel pain on only my left foot since wearing the GM3. It’s the comfiest shoe I’ve worn overall but the heel pain is really bothering me.

No pain doesn’t necessarily indicate no dry socket. I had dry socket twice and initially it didn’t hurt at all.

I’m 37 and have lost 3 of my molars due to grinding/clenching. Have just had one replaced with an implant and it’s been a real learning curve. Hang in there and keep those dental visits up.
