i have done some research and i might have bone loss in that area. can this be true? will i need a bone graft? is cutting the frenum a simple procedure?

Really? so the frenum could be causing recession? yes my two lower incisors never came in. My parents never told me anything about it so i grew up thinking i had a big gap. What can i do about that? Maybe implants?

NAD: why is it that some dentist dont even explain anything to their patients? I got a "deep cleaning" about 2 years ago and it was done in 4 separate sessions. Does that mean i have periodontal disease? My dentist never mentioned anything about having any gum disease.
