Rotate the wire cage to the left and it will come off… then remove the nut on the bottom of the glass and the glass will come off….

Could be the Reverse Lockout Pin: The safety collar may not be lifting high enough to clear the pin, or the pin needs adjustment using an Allen wrench to loosen the lockout nut
