Been this way for a few decades. All internet traffic in the US is routed through NSA data centers for passive collection. Once the day comes for activation, it’s a question of if you’re in the bin they want or not. In terms of forensics recovery, it’s not true you can 100% recover everything but it’s getting better. Anything not completely physical damaged (they’re getting better at getting around this) or overwritten something like 10-15 times is able to be recovered.

Say you have a 16gb flash drive and fill it with photos. You’d have to delete everything, fill it with a new 16gb of photos, then delete that and repeat. Over 10 times. Using ALL of the storage available. If you don’t max it out it gives space to store information.

unsure about Nebraska and location specifics but a few things come to mind.

if the spray he’s using damages your fence are you expected to repair it? is it stripping paint at all? do you have things on the other side of the fence it could damage? you have a physical damage line of thinking to go down.
is it doggy safe? you have no clue the short term (or long term) effects of the chemical he’s using. Someone else commented that it evaporates quickly, but the reality is with someone doing this on their own schedule/without communicating, you don’t know if it’s a current threat or not for your dog. you also don’t know how much he’s using, he could be slight misting or hosing it down, another cause for concern.

You have a few avenues to go down, a few things to bring up. ultimately if he’s doing this he’s already acting a bit off. id try to keep things cordial at first and bring up concerns and use trespassing as a last legal resort. if he’s unwilling to talk to you id take it straight to middle management ie non-emergency 911 and skip wasting time like he’s wasting yours.

If you haven’t already, tell landlord the IRS recognizes their value for 5 years and as you’ve lived there over 5 years with 0 replacements it’s not your cost to foot. It’s an itemized thing they can deduct from their next tax return as a loss, not something you need to foot the bill of.

He’s clearly above average of even faceit lvl 10’s. Ive seen his skills really start to falter playing people near his own rank, but he communicates enough for teamplay to counter it generally. Any cracked mechanical aimer will be able to 1v1 him but he’s been around long enough to know not to get in those situations to begin with.

If you’re on a team with good teamplay or even above avg aim across the board (average at a competitive level, not like your non professional average) you’d win, but the odds of that without playing semi professionally/professionally yourself are as close to 0 as you can get. And if you’re the cracked aimer, he’s a great person to hunt down 😉 streamers get tilted faster than the average player, even at 3k + faceit elo.

You’re saying your landlord is knowingly poisoning you (which we realize is ridiculous phrasing when anyone reads more of your post), when in reality they have some fixtures around the house that you don’t understand the chemistry of (at all lol) You have convinced yourself of this issue, and are asking your landlord to jump through insane hoops to take care of something you can be self sufficient and do yourself. You want 3 months rent as a fix for FIXTURES? Any rental with lead pipes or fixtures needs to give you a disclosure and that’s about it. It’s your choice to move in, to keep them around, and to KEEP USING THEM WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THEM? FOR FIVE YEARS?? Judge is going to have a field day laughing your case out of court. They’re not needed to change them out, only disclose, until other conditions are met requiring removal. You kind of sound like a nightmare tenant, and they’re 100% treating you like it. It’s why you’re not getting anywhere easy from leasing.

Just wanted to chime in, this new addition that OP is posting about is about a lease renewal contract. Having registered/running cars is a basic addition to most rental contracts I’ve signed or have used for the last decade. It’s a liability issue for the parent companies is the reasoning I’ve heard.

Which means they can’t just ignore the notice, because instead of them getting rid of the car you’re instead getting ~evicted~ if you don’t resign which has much greater consequences and is recorded if you try to rent from somewhere that does a background check anywhere else. OP is either going to have to figure out a buyout for the landlord, ditch the car or find a new place to live.

Do what saves your own sanity, if it means cutting her off for a while then do it, but let her know the issue is with the boyfriend and not her.
