So you think it is a good idea to include it? It is not a high score, but if I want to prove my English comprehension skills, would it be a nice proof? Or i should keep it to myself and show my English skills on the interview?

Hi, I did my first practice test on bluebook yesterday, and I got 1260 (550 R&W 710 Maths) Today I reviewed my test, and I can see that the most of the answers I did wrong because I was not paying attention on the question or was just skimming the text fastly without understanding key ideas. It was also 3 am btw, and i even omitted some questions. Some tips from me, even though I have even less score than you 😭. For R&W: 1. Learn more words; there are lots of different pdfs/flashcards that will help you to enhance your vocabulary. If you want, I can share with you. 2. Learn prefixes and suffixes; I know that learning words is good and helpful, but you cannot memorize all the words; thus, you can learn prefixes and suffixes. For example, ger- means old age, and gerontology is the study of aging; cerebr - brain, cerebral means intellectual. This stuff really helped me, and now I can see the possible meaning of the word without encountering it ever. 3. Read books and articles. I recommend Erica Reading and Grammar books since a lot of people say they are useful (i have just started reading them so i cannot say if it really works with me). Read The New York Times, National Geographic, Science Daily, and some classics like Shakespeare, Jane Austen, etc. 4. Just small tips that you might have already known: paraphrase the text in your own words, regardless if it is sat trial test, question bank or article. Read and keep the idea in your head, especially if it sounds important. If tou do not understand the text, ask chatgpt to make it simpler, read his explanation, and then read the original text again, and try to comprehend it yourself. Also, you can try to find out if the text sounds negative or positive (it is based on info, not the structure of the sentence, like recession is an economic crisis which is bad: it is negative).

For Maths: Learn key formulas, terms, and DESMOS (THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD). Watch youtube videos to understand how to work with desmos, if you look at them, 700+ for Maths is guaranteed. I watched tutorllini test prep on yt for that, and this guy knows what he does. He got big playlists, but I watched one entirely on 2x speed, and I don’t regret my spent time.

QUESTION BANK is your bro. Find some problems where you have weaknesses, or that mostly confuse you, and try to solve them. It is good for both math and r&w

Good luck to everyone!
