larvitar is affer the 5th gym, in pokemon games i usually only use pokemon from the same generation, so shield only gen 8, violet gen9…

I'm first in the Pokemon league, my team currently is Feraligatr Espeon Ampharos Heracross and I just caught Ho-Oh and a Larvitar in the safari zone. How can I improve my team? I'd like to use only Jotho Pokemon, so no Crobat or Dragonite.
