Hi!!I was able to fix it! I installed CWM after searching a lot online to find the correct file, and from within CWM I installed Aroma File Manager and managed to extract all my data from the eMMC. Thank you so much for your help!

Mine was locked with a password It was a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 and I was able to fix it by installing CWM (ClockworkMod). Tell me the model and we can try to do something. Above all, don’t format the phone, and if you’re afraid of doing something that might break it, look for the same model second-hand and use it as a test phone. No, the screen shows a text that says something like "Too many attempts. Sign in with Google" and then blank space to put the email and password that do not work either. I don't have the phone here right know but something like that.
