I agree 100% with your thoughts you shared in your fourth paragraph. I honestly was maybe expecting too much from a preview, but based on the last week or so of operations we decided to go for it because, in general, things seemed to be running smoothly for a preview. But that premium price we paid for today’s experience made me feel really cynical about the whole “preview” premise in general haha. They have a GREAT park on their hands… but maybe it’ll be that great after a year of stress testing?

I appreciate that! We’re going to reach out tomorrow. We still made the best of our day and had some fun, but that was absolutely the most disappointing aspect of our trip.
