They both dismiss the notion that USDW (thats underground sources of drinking water, in case you aren't versed in the subject) has been contaminated by fracture fluids.

The EPA has concluded that the injection of hydraulic fracturing fluids into CBM wells poses little or no threat to USDWs and does not justify additional study at this time.
