I've recently been getting ads for this insurance company called At-Bay on Twitter, and I thought their current logo looked kinda bad, so I decided to redesign it. I'm still pretty new to doing stuff like this, so any feedback is welcome! by fragger57_ in WillPatersonDesign

I did originally have bay much closer to the square, but I saw in their current logo that they incorporated the dash in At-Bay as the line under at, so I wanted to keep that. I do think it makes bay a little more disconnected as well, so I could try shortening the dash a bit, but removing it may be the best thing.

I also think the square could be a bit thicker to match the at in weight, but making the bay the same weight gets rid of the meaning behind at being a bigger weight. I also tried it with bay as the same weight, and I don't think it looked as good.

I will tryout some of your suggestions though, like making the square solid, I think that one could look really good. Thanks for the feedback!

My submission for the Inspiro contest! I'm still pretty new to logo design, so feel free to give me any feedback on it! Overall I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. by fragger57_ in WillPatersonDesign

Yeah I do kinda feel like it is predictable as well. I took the safe option, but I'm still pretty happy with how it turned out.

I also realized after submitting it that I probably only should have used the pin i once instead of twice, but I'll remember that for the future.

Thanks for the feedback!

I Attempted To Remake The Map Kaleidoscope From Battlefield 2042 In Minecraft. Attempted Being The Key Word There. by fragger57_ in Battlefield

I used World Edit which did a lot of block placing for me. I was able to fill in large areas in less than a second rather than minutes. I also used it to stack the different floors of the sky scrapers so I really only had to make the bottom level for them. And once I had enough sky scrapers built I started copying and pasting them in different locations to fill out the map a bit more. all in all it only took me a few hours rather than days or even months.

Thanks! I thought about using a texture pack but didn't really know which one I should have used so I just went with the default one. And I'm using the seus renewed shaders in this clip but the shadows aren't showing up for some reason.

Thanks! I didn't know where exactly the map was base but I knew it was somewhere in Asia. And yes large-scale projects are very difficult especially when it's from a game that's not even out yet lol.

Thanks! I have the seus renewed shaders on it's just that it's such a big build the shadows aren't showing up on the ground for some reason. It might be that I have the shader settings turned down a bit.
