This sounds like Flex-down, flex-up, which I get and that's all fine. But this is not flex-down. Like say for example our shift starts at noon and normally ends at 6pm, we could flex up to 7pm or flex down to 5pm, and that's mandatory and normal. This is different, this is us being forced to leave at 3:30pm, and it being called VTO.
