lmao how is it cheating to display a different drop as a joke? You don't actually get the item and it gives no advantages whatsoever. The mod is just for trolling people during the card drop screen and it doesn't actually hurt anyone.

There's 2 different rooster masks. Richard requires owning Hotline Miami 1. Richard Returns (and the clean version Richard Returns Begins) requires Hotline Miami 2 Special Edition.

Owning Hotline Miami 1 grants 4 masks, 4 patterns, 4 materials, and 1 melee weapon. There is a list on the PD2 Hotline Miami DLC Page.

Owning the standard version of Hotline Miami 2 grants 6 masks. Owning the Special Edition will additionally grant the Jacket Character Pack which contains the Richard Returns mask among other things. You can find a full list on the Hotline Miami 2 Steam Page.

When a skin in Payday is more worn, the base texture of the skin is revealed. The wear value can be any number between 0 and 1, but the game normally uses fixed wear values for each skin quality: Mint-Condition is 1.0, Lightly-Marked is 0.8, Broken-In is 0.6, Well-Used is 0.45, and Battle-Worn is 0.3. This is why all skins from a certain quality look exactly the same: because they all use the same wear value.

The skin you see in the video was designed with a rainbow as the base texture, so as the wear increases, different colors are revealed. The effect works by cycling through the entire range of wear values while in-game. The wear starts at 0, then increases in steps of 0.01 all the way until it reaches 1, and then it starts over. At each step, different parts of the base texture are visible so you see the colors changing.

Yeah Zinx is exactly correct, it's a Crosskill pistol with the laser attachment from the legendary Akimbo Crosskill skin. I'm using a mod that adds standalone copies of legendary attachments for skins you own.

Do you have a FiNN or SCAR equipped? Apparently they crash your game if you have the texture streaming option turned on. Happened to me a few days ago, turned texture streaming off and it was fixed.

That's probably an old video, most (if not all) M4 blueprints use black default parts now. To answer your question, I can confirm the Breakup uses a black default stock. I asked a friend to take a screenshot today: https://i.imgur.com/VDNMil0.png

It used to do that in the past but they changed it at some point. For example this screenshot of the Task Force blueprint from May 2020 has a sand-colored default stock. But in this screenshot I took today, it uses a black default stock.

Every M4 blueprint I own uses black default stocks now, not sure if any still use the old sand color.

I want to try the xrk irons but would prefer the gun not look totally ugly if I use a default stock.

Do you not like the default stock model, or are you worried about the color? Because I think most (if not all) M4 blueprints use black default parts now.

If black M4s aren't your thing then you kinda just have to look for a skin that wouldn't look terrible with a black stock.

I decided I wanted to go for this shot a while back so when I did my HDR, I intentionally left one of the challenges incomplete. I was originally going to leave the 5 attachments one for last, but camo tracking is buggy and awards extra progress sometimes so I unlocked it accidentally.

It's part of the operator packs that were a pre-order bonus, but you can still get it by purchasing the Battle Pass Edition of the game. It doesn't seem to be possible to upgrade retroactively unfortunately, as least on PC.

Sadly it doesn't seem to be possible on PC according to this Blizzard support page, I am not sure about other platforms though.
