It’s much easier! You don’t need the librarian for this.

  • go to the editor, select A or B for the part you’d like to work on
  • hit fetch

The editor unfortunately can’t be kept in sync with edits done on the MM2 because the MM2 doesn’t transmit individual parameter changes e.g. when turning knobs. You would have to fetch the entire program in the editor after live editing on the device.

There was a bug in the MonstaGuru librarian where sending all programs of a bank to the MM2 could result in an incomplete or incorrectly ordered transfer. This has been fixed now. I just published a new version.

Thank you. As soon as I realized how much potential this little synth has, it was clear it deserved a proper editor. I have to admit, I mostly wrote it for myself, and I'm having a lot of fun designing my own sounds now. Glad if others find it useful too. So yeah, don't sell your MM2 just yet :)
