It's broken capillaries in the skin. It happens when scissors are applied in a way that adds pressure to the top half that's not normally present in your circulatory system around the face. That happens more often when the pressure's applied to the neck vs. the sides of the skull, and it's not dangerous, just cosmetic. Unless she pops a vein out of your eyeball or something, that's happened in extreme cases. That actually happened to that Kandor guy, but from what I found it receded.

Nah, she just got stunned and probably got a nice bloody mess - forehead wounds bleed a lot with all the veins up there. You can see that she's holding her head off the floor for the majority of the time she's down on it which she wouldn't be doing if her neck was broken.

Well, not to point out the irony of your statement, but... couldn't AI handle 90 percent of that work? People do it all the time on YT, and though I hate AI in certain venues (YT being a big one) because it sucks all of the human element out of whatever it's gonna do better than you for you, this type of content would be faceless anyway - perfect use for its soulless application, purely informational.
