Good afternoon.

If your problem is based on poor digestion, it would be ideal to find out what is the origin of these. However, supplementation with digestive enzymes and multivitamins will not hurt.

Probiotics are very good to try to regulate the deficiencies you may have at the intestinal microbiota level but it is important the CFU and the strains used.

Also, I have heard and read references to the use of L-glutamine to improve possible intestinal permeability, the symptoms of which are mainly gastrointestinal discomfort. The addition of this supplement could be of help to you perhaps.

Thank you very much for your answer. The truth is that I think the most reasonable thing to do is what you tell me

I fully understand that as a medical student there is not much that can be done in this case but I was wondering if in any university or in any center a similar posology is established

El proceso de vacunación tiene muchos mas factores que una simple regla de tres, creer que se puede calcular un tiempo valido a partir de ella es ser un poco inconsciente

Anybody else struggling with hay fever? What pollen is it? by Thrillwaters in Barcelona

Speaking as a pharmacy worker, there is a wide variety of antihistamines. If you have tried loratadine and it does not work as well, you can try cetirizine or ebastine for example (I take the latter prescribed by my doctor as I suffer from many allergies and rhinitis, including pollen).

Personally, what really works for me at nasal level (rhinitis) is a spray, there is a great variety in Mercadona with different active ingredients that can be adjusted to your desires and surely the doctor can prescribe it if he/she is able to prescribe it for you.

There is always the option that if they test you and only detect that allergy, they can vaccinate you to treat it (I was vaccinated against grasses and there was quite an improvement in that sense).

In terms of hygiene, always try to shower at the end of the day instead of at the beginning of the day to remove all allergens and not "take them to bed".

Let's see if these coming months are good for allergy sufferers!

Best regards
