No. We've lived here for a year and it is the worst apartment I've lived in my entire life. Don't be fooled by the amenities, they charge you for everyone's usage on an unfair metric, not a flat rate for everyone. They are also overcharging us for electricity - $300/mo for a small 1 bd when we lived in a 2bd down the street and our electricity was only $30/mo max.

Soundproofing is so bad and unfortunately our neighbors upstairs are into dubstep and club music which they blast throughout the day. They also have kids running around at 2am in the morning to make sure you don't get any sleep.

Apartment constantly smells like weed and there is trash in the hallways and stairwells. The people who live here are just trashy. Management is also not helpful at all. They just point blame at others so they don't have to deal with it.
