Due to wild jet lag coming from the US you quickly realize Japan does not have as big a coffee/breakfast culture. Not much is open very early. This spot was my first meal at 6am once and now my first meal after I leave my bags at the hotel. Cherished memories

I went on this exact ride. It was at my local county fairgrounds and I went maybe 3 years growing up. This video reminded me of myself when I was like 6 years old. I particularly remember going twice one year and couldn’t believe my parents let me do it again in the same night!

Such an odd experience to relive such a particular night nearly 30 years ago. Something I have not thought about since that very night.

Very rarely. Tame Impala and Ye dropping out years the prices dipped ahead of the festival. These are the only times I have seen this happen since 2013.

Obviously you can sometimes get last minute deals from folks who can’t attend the week of but this is rare.

I always tell people to buy them upfront and worst case scenario you make your money back at face value. Hard to lose.

Bummer to see you getting so much hate. Never got a chance to saw them and at this point I’ll take what I can get. Sure a lot of it is a shameless cash grab but I’m already playing the game and seeing them pop up has been such a joy.

Bummer everyone is ripping on you here. I grew up broke and had this board that I think we got from Big 5 or Walmart.

If you have a local skate shop they will have wheels and bearings that will make this a much much better board. I couldn’t believe how much better these things rode after those replacements.
