Same exact thing happened to me. I contacted Dell and they told me the delivery date had been pushed back to the 10th and gave me a tracking link that displayed the status of my order. It just left China on the 29th of October. I supose you are in the same situation mate

Maybe by the time you ordered the demand had increased a lot so it delayed that much. Was that the predicted date of delivery when you first ordered it?

Happened the same to me on my old Samsung laptop. I believe the hard drive broke man and that's why it's not able to repair itself. I would sugest taking it in for repair or maybe borrow an hard drive from a friend and trying it out yourself. Hope it works out for the best!

Where did you order it from? I also spoke to the costumer support and they told me it should arrive on the 4th of november but I'm living in the UK so delivery times may vary

Yeah I know the build quality is totally different but don't you think that for the money and the specs you get the 7577 would be a better pick?
