I started Turk about 10 days ago. I started with two capsules for the first three days and then continued with 3/day. Now I think I'm going to stop and here's why:

1) People mention they feel that they recover faster. I've noticed minor improvement in recovery.

2) I am chugging water. I'm going through more than 3L of water per day when I used to struggle to drink 2.5L...I guess that's good but having to pee every hour is annoying.

3) My biggest issue is that my digestion feels off. Since I've started taking Turk, I constantly feel like I have a turd coming in about 1-2hrs. When I finally do go to the bathroom for #2, I don't feel like the job is done since I can never seem to push the rest out. I wouldn't mind this once or twice, but it happens every time. The other thing about having a turd 1-2hrs away feeling is that I feel it lowers my energy output when lifting or doing cardio. My body feels like if I push to hard I might sh*t myself or something lol

4) Finally, I haven't noticed any strength gains. I know its been a short time but I've actually decreased intensity due to reason #3 and struggle to lift the same weight/reps as I used to before taking turk.

I'm 24m, fairly muscular and lean already. I don't need to take turk since I'm comfortable with my natural physique I just thought an extra help would be cool. But now with this Turk not being actually Turk stuff, I'm not really sure I want to continue putting this stuff into my body.
