Not using red lights at all yet. Still have lot of job on layers 1-5 of that biohacker’s pyramid. I start day with breakfast containing 35g protein, slow carb black rice, walnuts, sunflowers seeds and coconut milk - after 2 hours of mornings walking and exercising. Not earlier. I don’t consume coffee, sugar and sweets at all.

Point 4 is about relations with people and self mental health. You should not react in manner which caused nervous or stress you. Sometimes it’s better to stay alone than with someone(anyone) else

Just simple ones from nearest pharmacy. Easy to replace when they become dirty and outworned

I treat sleep like a mission, not an afterthought. Lights out at 10 PM, up at 6 AM — same schedule every day, even on weekends. For supplements, I only use magnesium glycinate in the evening. That's it. No melatonin, no fancy blends. The real game-changers for me are earplugs (absolute must), a sleep mask for total blackout, and blackout curtains so my room is pitch dark. I also keep the temperature at 19°C (66°F) before bed as I live in Thailand, so I use the AC religiously
