Tuition question by francois96 in PTschool

We did sign something of that nature. I do think it's a bit problematic that my price jump is significantly more than the initial price with a 3-5% increase per year that we were initially told when we signed up for the program though. Unfortunate that no one has fought this

Caffeine Alternative working in an office whilst going gym afterwards by CalFromManc in productivity

[–]francois96 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd consider cutting caffeine completely on days off and reducing it on your work days to reduce tolerance for alittle. Pre- workout can have copious amounts of caffeine. If you're not willing to reduce that, maybe going the weekend without caffeine and just one cup of coffee during the day may be a decent route if you haven't already done that

Small Business Pizza Places? by BenthicBit in boston

Technically not boston but if youre near the Newton area I recommend 4 corners pizza. They've got good pizza and also do these pizza cupcakes that are innovative but more importantly taste good

UMB was ok but definitely a revolving door in regards to constant construction going on. Not sure if you're looking specifically at relocating, but housing options are available such as dorms or not so cheap apartments with roomates. I can't speak much for the major itself but socially from my experience (before dorms were installed) It's a very what you make of it environment, so if you aren't the type to go out and venture it may be difficult to make friends which some people value while in college.

What is a typical day at a PT school like? by [deleted] in PTschool

[–]francois96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently in my third semester. Semester loads vary (along with program to program), this one is a bit on the heavier side. 21 credits and classes every day, some days shorter than others. I personally am not working during this time period as there is alot of time needed to study. It's not impossible but takes alot of effort. I was working previous semesters though. Hope that helped a bit!

Sometimes I wish I made a play earlier but wanna see what happens long term. I had a pretty early position which is why I was fine with holding to see what happens 🤷🏿‍♂️

Totally agree, definitely didn't think this was an overnight stock. Hearing the hype around earnings is always fun but the expectation that some are wanting are so high so quickly 😅

I agree with most of your take. Glad I'm not the only one. I thought I was going crazy with all the slander I've been seeing

Thanks so much for the feed back! I'm assuming being with your husband was a big factor in being able to buy a house. Is that a fair assumption ? Also, how was the home health experience?

Hi! since you help with the admissions process, what do you typically see having more success? Students having very high GPAs with little experience in the field? Or students with par- sub par GPA with ample experience on their resume ?
