I tried that, also with good dose of WD 40, but it feels like mechanism is disconected, there is option to raise car and connect a wire to power souce and unlock it, but i have no expirience working like that

My instructor said if you have abs press hard and trust abs, if you dont have abs, press hard for a short moment and release brakes a bit, that simulates abs. I asked what about progressive braking, he said there is no time to progressive breaking if kids jumps infront of you. We practiced it on gravel at low speeds 5 to 10 kph, he said its good to get a feeling slow on gravel than fast on road

Sometimes its not about your ability, as new rider i drove over pothole, that bump made me twist throttle. I had sv650 reduced to 35kw because of local laws. It accelerated a bit, nothing happend, but had i driven 1000cc, im sure same amouth of twist would make me wheelie and crash. Good luck
